Apart from the banking and micro finance, WCS is conducting various social activities which are as follows: -

1. Skill Development Training

WCS is conducting programs in order to uplift the economic condition of the unprivileged women members. The skill development trainings include Elementary and Advanced Seasonal and Off-seasonal vegetable farming training, Elementary and Advanced mushroom farming training, Trade Promotion and Women entrepreneurship training, soap making training, candle making training, artificial flower making training, improved she-goat rearing training which are conducted with the assistance of various donor agencies e.g. Rangjung Yeshe Shenpen.
